Symptoms: 

      Verify steps of job QIFLOADR ends with the following messages in SYSTSPRT: 

      QIF8800I Json VALIDATION PROGRAM STARTED.                  
          56 +++  Call HWTCALLS "ON"                             
          18 +++ Call Parse_Json                                 
      IRX0043I Error running QIF$VJSN, line 56: Routine not found

Description:

      

      IronSphere make use of z/OS Client Web Enablement Toolkit. This z/os component supply TCPIP and JSON services using an API calls. The Rexx           components consume these services using an ADDRESS call. The support for Rexx was introduced using an enabling PTF with APAR OA50659.           For z/os 2.2 this is PTF UA83406 and UA83407  for Z/OS 2.3. 

Solution: 

      Use SMPE cross zone query with type LMOD and name equal to HWTCALLS to check whether Rexx support is installed. 

      Install PTF(s) if needed, refresh LLA and re-run job QIFLOADR.
